Robert Fischer

Chief Operating Officer « Back to Staff Bios Main Mr. Fischer is in charge of all day to day operations within the company. His duties include focus on strategic, tactical, and short-term operations management, which means he is responsible for the development, design, operation, and improvement of the company. Mr. Fischer's main primary concern is operations improvement. Mr. Fischer has a bloodline of construction; his father owned and ran a successful painting and remodeling company. Robert has had years of experience in the retail end of construction learning many products, and ways they improve the home building process. Robert has been working in the construction business for as long as he can remember working on the job with his father. Robert is currently getting ready to start his Graduate Builder Program offered through the National Association of Home Builders (NAHB).
